With 120 m2 of indoor living space and set within 2.000 m2 farm with vine, shady cypress trees inextricably linked to the Mediterranean landscape and to Greece. Beautiful bougainville‘s and charming paved pathways with a choice of cosy spots to relax in outdoor sofas, in sun or shade. Bozonos Slow living is located on the small picturesque sandy beach of Ammoudi, an unrivalled location where timeless values and modern comfort combine in a heady celebration of life.
Chic ambience and wonderful living spaces able to lavishly entertain a family with children or group of friends. Art and lighting has been handpicked to create wonderful spaces following an aristocratic, island-chic décor, while all appliances are of cutting-edge technology.
The our luxury beachfront home accommodate up to 5 guests and are equipped with two bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor with bbq.
The house has two rooms and can comfortably accommodate four people. One room in the ground floor with a Super-double bed and second room the upper level also with a Super-double bed.
It also has one additional sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate an additional 1 children.
Bozonos Slow Living offers so much outdoor space that everyone can easily find a quiet corner to sit back, sunbathe, read and dream. Guests also have the option of cooking outdoors.
The Ammoudi area is a rural seaside village near the Alikanas and Alykes area and made up of small, very quite sandy beaches. In front of our villa you have three options for swimming, directly in front at 50 meters, to the left of the house through a path at 100 meters and to the right of the house at 300 meters.
This is also a great place for snorkeling with a wide variety of fish to see.
Amoudi beach is ideal for a tranquil and relaxing day as it is not as busy as the other beaches in Zante and has a sense of serenity.
The area of Amoudi remains traditional and unspoilt.
Right next to the house and along the beach you will find very nice fish taverns and restaurants located right on the seafront with access directly to the beach. Also easily access local mini markets in a very short distance from the house.
A short distance by car to the South you will find Tragaki, Tsilivi, Akrotiri and the town of Zakynthos and to the North you will find Alykanas, Alykes and the port of St Nicholas in Volimes
