*Important Note: The home is part of a complex with two separate villas, each featuring its own entrance, pool, and facilities. While privacy is prioritised, some areas may be overlooked.

External Living | Pool & BBQ
Framed by sea views, this villa offers a refined escape for guests of all ages. It features a private heated 20m² pool (1.5m depth) with sun-beds, a stylish outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ. Set within 100m² of beautifully outdoor grounds, the villa is just a short drive from the sea and the vibrant restaurants and shops of Zakynthos Town. Private parking is available for your convenience. Part of an exclusive duo villa complex, this villa ensures privacy, with its own pool and dedicated amenities. Kindly note that some areas may be overlooked.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

The ground floor hosts a serene twin bedroom and a shared bathroom, while the first floor features two more bedrooms—one with an en-suite—and an additional shared bathroom. Perfectly accommodating six guests in premium beds, this refined home also provides a baby cot and high chair upon request, ensuring a seamless stay for families.
