With its own private swimming pool, panoramic views of surrounding vineyards and olive groves, Villa Vigneto is the perfect base for exploring the island of Zakynthos. Located in the quiet village of Vanato, this property is set away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet just a short drive away from Zante town.
Comfortably accommodating up to five guests, this villa features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a sofa bed. Additionally, the master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower and the main bathroom has a whirlpool bath. The stylish kitchen has all of the latest mod cons. This property has everything to make your self-catering stay effortless.
Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful fruit tree garden, kept to perfection. With sun loungers, a shaded patio, and additional outdoor seating, there is plenty of space to soak up and reside from the sun. What’s more, a charcoal grill and outdoor barbeque area make quiet nights in fun for all the family.
Private parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens, and towels are also provided to ensure a cool and comfortable stay at Villa Vigneto.
To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 86cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is 1 step down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 78cm.
