Kun avaat ovesi "Los Pelícanos" -rakennukseen Punta Marinaan, tunnet itsesi ylivoimaisen kauneuden ja rauhan tunteen. Sijaitsee yksityisellä rinteellä, josta on näkymät merelle, huoneisto tarjoaa panoraamanäkymät Zihuatanejo-lahdelle, kaupunkiin ja ympäröiville vuorille. Voit nauttia tämän henkeäsalpaavan näkymän valtavasta terassilta, ruokailutilasta, keittiöstä, ulkoilmaruoneesta ja kahdesta makuuhuonetta.

Rakennettu vuonna 2008, tämä tilava 2500 neliön jalka huoneisto tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen ja mukavuutta. Kaikki puutuotteet ja koriste-elementit ovat käsityönä paikalliset käsityöläiset klassiseen ja eleganttiin meksikolaiseen tunnelmaan. Huoneisto sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa viiden tason rakennuksessa, joka takaa rauhallisuuden ja ihastuttavan valtameren tuulen. Huoneisto sijaitsee pohjoiseen, joten huoneet pysyvät mukavina ja viileinä päivisin ja tarjoavat esteettömän näkymän auringonlaskusta meren yli. Terassi on kalustettu erittäin mukavilla ja moderneilla istuimilla, perinteisellä meksikolaisella equipal-ruokailuryhmällä neljälle ja pienelle kylpyammeelle kahdelle - täydellinen paikka jäähtyä ja nauttia margariitista auringonlaskun aikaan. Terassilla on myös viihdekeskus, jossa on CD-soitin, TV ja DVD-soitin.

Huoneisto on vain kolmen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä La Ropa Beach - niin lähellä, että voit todella kuulla äänen roiskeita aaltoja. The views from the condo were magnificent. There were plenty of beach supplies like chairs, towels and toys. The condo is spacious and easily fit our family of 5 in the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. We each had our own privacy and the kitchen and outdoor living room were lovely. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving with a traditional turkey we cooked in the oven. The owner was always available and communication was flawless. Excellent condo we would easily rent again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view and atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is comfortable and roomy. We loved the outdoor living room and dining on the covered veranda. Dulce, the property manager, was delightful. We had her cook some meals for us which was such a treat. Real home cooking with a smile. The pool was refreshing and the grounds beautiful. We enjoyed the view and felt very safe there.

enchanting view in great location

We stayed at this property for one month. The large shaded terrace has a lovely view. The condo is immaculate and well located walking distance to the beach but far enough away to offer a sense of privacy and tranquility. We had to reschedule our dates due to unforeseen circumstances and the owner was responsive and efficient. A very relaxing stay. Recommended.

Great Stay in Zihuat

Great property. Yes, the walk up the hill is a little strenuous but we loved it. Lovely patio. Oven wasn’t working but we made do on our cooking night. BYO shampoo and soap. Pool was a nice afternoon break from the beach. Easy access to the main town via taxi. Get a card from a driver you like and text them when you need them. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Dulce did some early grocery shopping for us for our arrival. Our fave place on Playa de Ropa was La Perla. Great food and chairs,umbrellas too.

Great Condo, lovely location

The condo is a 5 min walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants beachside. Lovely clean water and clean beach. 5 min drive to town. The condo is modern with all the conveniences. AC/Wireless etc. The best part is the breathtaking view of the bay. You could sit on the veranda all day. Beautiful spot, beautiful condo. Last thing, definitely have Dulce (the property manager) cook you breakfast each morning. Totally worth it. Hand made tamales, eggs frittata, beans, rice, pancakes--the works. She is the real deal.

Wonderful place to experience Zihuatanejo

Our family of five adults stayed at the condo for a week and truly enjoyed the experience. The condo itself is very comfortable and clean. We spent the majority of the time, when we were not at the beach or pool, using the outdoor living space. The view of Zihuatanejo is amazing. Playa la Ropa is a beautiful, clean beach. Our group had no problem with the trek to and from the beach, we considered it part of our daily workout. It would be a challenge for people who have difficulty with stairs or steep climbs. Central Zihua is charming. We had very good food at several restaurants in town and on the beach. Dulce cooked a delicious dinner for us one evening as well. We would love to return to Zihua and this condo again.

Better than the pictures! Wonderful!

What a beautiful condo and in an excellent location especially if you enjoy walking. It's about 5 minute stroll to La Ropa beach and also good access to las Gatas if your choose that direction. It took us approx 40 minutes to walk to the town which we did for exercise most days. Taxis are easy to get for 100 pesos as well if you prefer! The condo is lovely, quiet with an amazing view! Outdoor living space is spectacular! The owner is just great to deal with! Very good communication and his property caretaker Dulce is wonderful. Our stay was for 11 nights and she came to help today and house keep 3 times so as to leave us with privacy which was really appreciated! Our favourite restaurant is a 5 minute walk down to the beach! La Gaviota. We would rate the entire experience a 5/5! Thank you so much!

Beautiful Condo Overlooking the Bay

My wife and I were joined by our three adult children here for Christmas in Zihuatanejo. This three-bedroom unit was perfect for the five of us. When we were in the condo, we spent most of our time on the beautiful private patio. The patio had plenty of room for eating, drinking, lounging, and playing games. The condo complex has a shared pool that was very pretty and clean, but entirely too cold and shaded for use in December. The walk down to the beach was an easy 5 minutes or so. The walk back was pretty strenuous. The kids in their 20s and 30s didn’t seem to mind, but my wife and I took a cab up each day. We considered that 70 pesos well spent! Dulce is available for cooking and cleaning. We had her cook breakfast every day and enjoyed her tremendously. She was friendly and funny, and she is a great cook! She was attentive to our needs, but she stayed out of our way so we could enjoy our vacation. Dulce doesn’t speak English, but we speak enough Spanish between us to make it work. The leasing agent was also very helpful in making sure we had the information we needed for a trouble-free stay.

Absolute comfort and beauty

We had the most incredible stay in Zihua at this gorgeous property. Jaime was the most attentive, helpful host and Dulce, the onsite manager, was absolutely lovely, and wow what a cook! Dulce graciously made us dinner one night and it was out of this world. We felt so taken care of throughout our entire trip from before we arrived to while we were there. The view from this property is outstanding! The condo was very clean, well-stocked and extremely comfortable. We even watched the NBA finals from the enormous patio. The patio plunge pool was decadent and the onsite pool was lovely in the afternoon after spending the day at the beach. This property is a true delight. I can't wait to visit again.

Great condo, fantastic view

We are five people, two couples and one single. We stayed for a couple of weeks in this accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jaime's condo. It was bright, roomy, comfortable, clean, with a fantastic view, large pool, comfortable beds, air conditioning, amazing gardens, and well-supplied kitchen. The owner went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. It is the perfect place for a group with no mobility issues. It is located in an area with hills and in a complex with many steps. This of course is why the view is so great. We used taxis when we felt the need and they were not expensive. The pleasant maid, Dulce, was available upon request and helped make our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this condo.

To say our stay here was fabulous is an understatement ... Thank you Jaime for you're hospitality and concern for our stay in you're paradise of a condo!!! Overall great experience Dulce is great cooked a couple times. Very big and clean. Would like cable for longer stays. Internet was ok cut out a few times. Close to beach but a fair amount of stairs.

Loved it!

This condo was perfect - the space, furnishings, fully-equipped kitchen, incredible view, and the best pool we've ever experienced in Zih. The owner provided impeccable customer service, and his manager (Dulce) proved to be as sweet as her name. The trek to the beach is a physical challenge, but short, and we love the built-in exercise that Zih provides in general. Plus, Punta Marina's steps are easier easier to navigate than the steep road we walked when renting other properties. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for a week(two adults and three small kids). Location was great, short walk to Playa la ropa and more than enough room for everyone. The kids had fun playing in the pool and waking up in the morning to that view was exceptional. The outdoor living space was a highlight of the stay. Dulce was fantastic, she had groceries waiting for us upon our arrival and we were able to book her to cook dinner for us one night. Well worth it! The hosts were very helpful and provided a great booking experience. We WILL be back!

Lovely holiday!

Very much enjoyed staying at the condo. Fabulous views day and night! Plenty of room for 3 couples. The terrace was lovely....we spent most of the time out there when we were home. There are some good restaurants within walking distance (at least walking there, maybe not back) - would recommend El Vigia. We cooked dinner in about half the time which worked well with the size of the kitchen - its very well equipped. La Ropa beach is about a 10 minute walk downhill. Once again, some of us taxied home and some of us walked back every day!

Great Holiday Escape!

Perched just high enough to afford the most beautiful views and the best ocean breezes, the position of this condo is outstanding. It is spacious, very well cared for and has all of the amenities. Focal point for us was the great outdoor living space……a very large terrace with comfortable lounging, basket swings, spa pool, TV (did not use much) and the most spectacular views. The owner and his assistant made it easy right from the beginning...very responsive and genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. His suggestions for restaurants were excellent as well as other information in his welcome packet. We especially enjoyed Bistro del Mar, went there twice. Zihua was a seafood haven....excellent and beautifully prepared everywhere we ate. Dulce, the housekeeper, welcomed us and gave us the tour of the condo, generally made herself available to us. And her husband, Fernando, drove us where we needed to go. Do have Dulce make you a dinner or two and a breakfast as well……all were terrific. We did not need a rental car; cabs were plentiful and inexpensive. We had a fantastic, relaxing couple of weeks and would happily return to this condo.

Christmas 2015 Stay

We (my husband and I and our two 20-something kids) all loved this beautiful, excellently-located condo where we spent a wonderful week over the holiday. Plenty of space and privacy for each of us, and a terrific, fully-equipped kitchen for all the cooking that we did (taking advantage of the delicious just-caught seafood available in Zihua). Individual air-conditioning units in each of the bedrooms and the "great room" were a convenience, though we made do with the ceiling fans most of the time. The spacious, covered terrace with its view of (conveniently nearby) La Ropa Beach, the hills and the city center in the distance, is perhaps the best feature. Furnished with couch, chaise lounges, hammock-chairs and entertainment unit (tv and DVD player), the terrace is so spectacular you don't even want to leave! And if you don't want to go too far—though the beach, with all its activities and restaurants, is just a 6 minute walk (if a bit of a workout climb back)--the complex's swimming pool is large and very refreshing and never (in our experience) crowded. Housekeeper Dulce was lovely and prepared a delicious meal for us one evening. And the owner gave us loads of helpful information for our stay. We really look forward to returning.

Second time and going back for more

This is our second stay at this amazing condo. From the moment we walked through the door, we fell in love with the place and the setting. There are incredible views of the bay from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing a gorgeous beach in front of you! We were very impressed with the impecable cleanliness of the condo and the tasteful decor. It is very spacious and the outdoor balcony (overlooking the bay) is one of the best features. It is the perfect place to lounge, eat, play games, read, etc... Both times we were travelling with children and they loved the pool, the hammocks and the beach. The condo is stocked with all the amenities you will need and the washing machine is a great asset, especially when you have young children. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The den with the futon has now been turned into a lovely third bedroom. The owner Jamie is a pleasure to deal with, was incredibly helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat, and really took the time to meet our needs and make us feel at home. Dulce is amazing. She kept the condo super clean, her cooking is delicious- well worth retaining her services. We definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to our next visit.

First time and loved it!!

The view were breathtaking, the accommodations were great and the food mouthwatering. We stayed for 10 days and really had a chance to explore different beaches, shop, and eat at different restaurants. I was surprised as to how reasonably priced everything was. The locals....very friendly, polite and the service was excellent. Dulce - was the best...her home cooked meals brought back sweet memories of my grandmothers cooking. She made sure our condo was clean every day and stocked with food and drinks. My favorite beach was Las Gatas, it was withing walking distance of the condo - I loved staying on the beach drinking margaritas while my husband went snorkeling. We enjoyed our stay so much we are making arrangements to go back next year. Thank you so much to the owner - Jaime, we had a wonderful time thank you for making our stay unforgetable.
