This spacious home is 14 miles from Monticello, in a rural setting, yet with restaurants, groceries and shopping just 3 miles away at Zion Crossroads. Huge kitchen, deck and living spaces. Big yard. Two car garage has been set up as a game room, with ping pong table, foosball, AirHockey, and a huge TV for streaming movies, hooking up your game consoles, etc. See the pictures.

Note that this listing is for the main level of the house. There is a separate Basement Apartment that is also a vacation rental listed on vrbo as #2986048.
