This ground-floor apartment is thoughtfully designed to create a sense of unity and tranquility, with every detail carefully chosen to enhance the overall atmosphere. Upon entry, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, and kettle – everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The living room is elegantly furnished with a cozy 2.5-seater sofa, a separate armchair, and a coffee table, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy television, with additional storage space below. The dining area features a charming corner bench and two separate chairs, providing seating for four people.

A small hallway from the living room leads to the other rooms of the apartment. The bright bedroom is furnished with a spacious box spring bed (180x210 cm) and a top mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Each side of the bed has a nightstand with built-in lighting, perfect for holding your book or phone. The lovely dressing table with a mirror and an extra chest of drawers offers a convenient space to get ready for a new day of relaxation.

The compact but well-equipped bathroom includes a refreshing shower, toilet, and sink with ample storage space, along with a practical heated mirror. For ultimate relaxation, the apartment also features a private sauna.

For families with babies or children up to 2 years old, a travel cot is provided. Pets are also welcome, with space for up to two animals.

In the afternoon and evening, the southwest-facing terrace offers the perfect spot to bask in the sun, with comfortable seating and a lively view of the surroundings. A sunshade provides relief on warm days, making it an ideal place to unwind.

The apartment includes one free parking space, and for visitors, there is additional paid parking nearby. Let your holiday adventure begin!

There’s plenty of space to enjoy yourself—build sandcastles with the kids, search for shells or shark teeth, take part in water sports, or simply lounge and soak up the sun. Whether you want to swim, feel the wind in your hair, or even attend a music festival, Zeeland has it all. For a unique experience, you can explore the coast by kayak, or venture out further on a motorboat or sailboat. A guided fishing trip with a skipper is another option. The Oosterschelde National Park is a world-renowned diving destination, rich in diverse marine life, while the Grevelingen is equally popular. You might even spot porpoises and seals!

As for the surroundings, the beach is just a short walk away—you can hear the waves from your doorstep! With Zeeland offering some of the highest hours of sunshine in the country, a beach holiday in Zoutelande is always a treat. The town center is also within walking distance, with a variety of restaurants, shops, souvenir stores, bike rentals, and fresh baked goods to enjoy.

Daily arrivals are possible, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the same location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided.
