Die Bewertung richtet sich nicht an den Besitzer des Hauses sondern an die Reisegesellschaft Novasol und die zustĂ€ndige Hausverwaltung !! Als wir am Altweiber Donnerstag um 16 Uhr angekommen sind, fanden wir eine nicht gereinigte Wohnung vor. Unter den angegebenen Telefonnummern war niemand zu erreichen!Also blieb uns nichts anderes ĂŒbrig als die Wohnung selber zu reinigen, besonders das Badezimmer. Auch war es im ganzen in dieser Wohnung sehr staubig, was zeigt, das die Reinigungen hier sehr oberflĂ€chlich erfolgen. Haben schriftlich bei Novasol, inklusive Fotos, versucht zumindest die Reinigungskosten fĂŒr Mensch und Hund zurĂŒck zu bekommen. Kein Erfolg!! Kundenservice gleich Null.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und die Lage super.Allerdings was die Einrichtung in der KĂŒche angeht ist noch Luft nach oben. Ein Topf mit Deckel ist was wenig, ebenso was Wein und SektglĂ€ser angeht. Die Pfannen waren nicht mehr in Ordnung, mĂŒssten mal ,ausgetauscht werden. WofĂŒr eigentlich auch eine gute Hausverwaltung zustĂ€ndig wĂ€re! Der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr nett und hat uns fĂŒr die Unannehmlichkeiten die Reinigung vom Mietpreis erstattet.

Check-in klappte perfekt, dank ausfĂŒhrlicher Vorinformation durch Novasol. Die Angaben zur GrĂ¶ĂŸe des benötigten Betttuches waren allerdings widersprĂŒchlich! Es braucht ein großes fĂŒr 180x200cm! Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, und wir haben, mit unserem Hund, den eingezĂ€unten Garten genossen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Auch war alles sehr sauber! Die GartenstĂŒhle sind allerdings total unansehnlich. Wenn Schrubben nicht mehr hilft, sollten man sie einfach mal durch neue ersetzen .Wir hatten in jedem Fall eine wunderschöne Zeit dort!

Urlaub mit Hund

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Garten. Ideal fĂŒr Reisen mit Hund. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, aber auch mitten im Ort. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung befand sich im EG und hatte einen eigenen kleinen Garten, Wohn- und Essbereich, KĂŒche, Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und das Bad. Haus ist nur 5 min vom Strand entfernt und auch der SPA Markt ist in der fußlĂ€ufigen NĂ€he zu finden. Generell gibt es eigentlich wenig bis nichts zu meckern, außer dass die Elektrik ein bisschen modernisiert werden könnte.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns in einer Woche sehr gut erholt. Durch die schöne Wohnung, die sehr zentral liegt (sowohl zum Ort als auch zum Strand), das tolle Klima, nette Leute und den so weitlÀufigen Strand sind wir tiefenentspannt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
