Ground floor also features two elegant bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with a queen-size bed.

The second floor features another living room and kitchen, along with two king-size bedrooms, both with balconies. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom on this floor. The balconies are perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Additional note: The second floor is accessed via an external staircase; there is no internal connection to the second floor.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
