Villa Nedia is only 8 km away from Dubrovnik old town and 10 km from the airport, tucked away in the hills with stunning views across the village Mlini, sea and the mountains, making it a unique resort for a perfect getaway.

This beutiful Villa consists of two separated Units (Apartmant N1 and Apartment N2) and outdoor relaxing area, all for your private use only, and can accommodate 6 persons.
Apartment N1, size 65 square meters, consists of 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dinning room and terrace - for 4 persons.
Apartment N2, size 35 square meters, consists of 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom, kitchen, living/dinning room and terrace - for 2 persons.

Outdoor relaxing space is a delightful private cozy and spacious area for your thoroughl enjoyment! It consists of lots of seating area, from light shade space with sofa and hammock to a full shade spacious outdoor kitchen/dining Area.
A peak enjoyment and relaxation is in Infinity Pool surrounded with plenty of sunbeds, shaded space and with a breathtaking sea view!

Private safe parking space is in front of the Villa.
Baby cot and a high chair are available on request (free of charge).
Transfers from/to the Dubrovnik airport can be arranged for extra fee.

In only 10 minutes of walk downhill you will reach center of Mlini and a bay filled with beaches. From there within easy walking distance you will find all kinds of beaches, bars, restaurants, lovely children playgrounds surrounded with pine trees, as well as a small harbour where you can take a boat directy to the city of Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Lokrum and one day trips to the islands.
All kinds of sport activitiesa are available on site including water skiing, kayaking, diving, tubes, as well as renting a motor boat, jet ski and pedal boat.
We are very well connected with local bus to Dubrovnik and Cavtat (bus stop 5 minutes downhill, timetable every 30 minutes).
2,5 kilometers from the Villa you will find post office, bank, gasoline station, and shoping mall (with a big supermarket).
A vehicle is recommended for persons with small children or persons with walking difficulties, since Villa is located uphill, but there are also plenty of low cost Uber.
