The Check in was difficult. They didn’t find the reservation. It took 20 minutes to give us a room. All the night we have been awoken by the train. The room was near the train I will not recommend this hotel

Another wonderful 25hours hotel.

One of the wonderful 25hours hotel in a great location, easy walking distance to and from the station which itself is just a short journey to and from the airport. Transport links are close by and the efficient public transport makes it easy to get around Zurich which is great city.

Fun vibrant place close to the train station. A strange thing is, there were no towels in the room, and they had a coffee set up, but no creamer or sugar. That’s the only reason I give it four out of five. Plus, parking was the equivalent to $50 a day. Which seems a little intense. But we just returned our rental car before staying there so it didn’t affect us. The restaurant & bar are fun and the bar is open pretty late which is nice.

Wierd room layout and decor, but Zurich is expensive for what you get. Not paying crazy high prices for the hotel restaurant. I was worried about the trains however the trains are quiet and the room was quiet. There is an amazing Vietnamese restaurant just across the tracks and easy to get to. Best ever.

honestly the property was nice but lacked some necessities like a kettle and conditioner, we called the front service and they were very rude about it but they brought up a kettle for us. when we asked why they didn't have these stuff they told us it wasn't in our room type. i understand but they could've been nicer when they told us, and mind you when i was talking to them i was super respectful.

Great place to stay in Zurich, very clean, very comfortable and very fun with a free mini bar in the room. The best part is the staff, polite, friendly and very welcoming. Thank you Angelius, Dwayne and Paul for making our stay special!!! Hopefully we will see you again in the fall / autumn.

If there was air con it didn’t work, and the room was very hot, especially as on the front of the hotel it gets a lot of sun. Nice hotel, good location for bars and food etc. Easy walk from trainstation. Hotel bar is nice and reasonably priced for a hotel bar. Having two ask for the room to be cleaned each day and the minibar to be stocked is a bit annoying. Lots of random stuff in the room, like a hot water bottle and colouring pencils, but no robe which would have been useful. Overall nice stay.
