We appreciated the convenience to the train station and the ease of check-in. The room did lack some basic amenities, some due to apparent mistakes by housekeeping (e.g., cups) and others may be more general (e.g., lack of lotion, limited number of towels). The beds were comfortable. The gym lacks a bathroom facility and there is no public bathroom facility outside of the room. Note that you do need your code to use the elevator. All in all it was clean and serviceable and well located.

I stayed overnight before an early flight and it was a nice stay. Easy automated check in, clean room and close to the train station. Also located above a grocery store which was convenient for snacks and food.

The hotel is great and practical! Although of they had a lobby or some couches in the lobby it would make more comfortable in case you arrive a bit earlier check in time. Also, to stay at this hotel you must like the style where everything is digital, no interaction with real people.

The room looked modern. It felt cozy and comfortable. It has sufficient space for our two large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. The only confusing part was that there were no clear instructions on where to throw your garbage.

This hotel is in a great location and couldn’t be happier to have a Coop downstairs. It does get a bit loud at night because of the bars/clubs maybe wear ear plugs if you’re sensitive to that. My only real gripes were: they never once replenished my coffee or tea the week I was there and there was no milk. Also, it would be great to have two pillows per person.

The hotel was really nice and safe. They had a code to enter the building, one for the elevator and the room door. The room was clean and nice for 2 day trip. Close to the train station and transportation was right outside. They have a Coop grocery store down stairs and that was so convenient.

The room was very clean and had everything you might need for a short stay! The check in was very easy. Only problem was that despite us leaving our windows open during the day in December the room barely cooled down and was still quite warm at night - 22-23 degrees. And because we had to leave the window open the sounds from the street were very loud. I’d recommend earplugs if you stay here.

Was really easy to enter the building and room with the codes. Was my first time using a digital code into a hotel. Had a good size room with a kettle. There is a coop supermarket next door, only a 15 minute walk to train station on even pathways (good for suitcases).

The floor was extremely dirty with black long hairs and it wasn’t swept. Lack of communication between hosts as tried to contact and never got a response. No flexibility for check in and check out which is very hard for long haul travellers from the other side of the world.

Rooms are small, but clean and well equipped. Location is very convenient: close to all facilities. If there is any problem with the room or during stay, the management is difficult to communicate with and they don't take much effort to solve any issue.

Crappy customer service and no AC

The ac was not working at 27.5 degrees c and they said they would not fix it or get us a different room. The hallway had fine working AC and was majorly cooler
