Did not like that the rooms don’t have air conditioning. We did have a portable fan but that didn’t help much. We couldn’t leave the window open because of the noise from the train station outside. The other thing was there were no ice machines. Had to go to bar that was in another building to get ice. Other than the these two items it was fine.

Wonderful hotel,close to airport in a nice area. Next to the train station. The only downside was the hotel is literally next to the train tracks and gets noisy during the night.

Location is fantastic. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was a nice mix of American and Swiss style. Unfortunately, our room was not properly clean, we found many stains and hair. After our complaint, they came to clean the room, and we were offered an option of another room. I only wish we said yes, but we already got unpacked and therefor declined the offer. After two nights we started experiencing stomach flu symptoms (throwing up, diarrhea and no appetite for days). We were not able to enjoy the rest of our stay, and we missed everything we were planning to do. We didn't get better until the end of our vacation.

Our stay was fine. Nice hotel. However, my experience was very soured because of the staff. I accidentally left a very precious (to me) ring behind in a cup by the sink. I called asap within 24 hours and was told it was not found. There is no way it was not picked up by the cleaning staff. I am 100% absolutely positive about leaving it there in a cup on the right side of the sink. Its sad that the staff chose to keep it, rather than return it to the front desk so I could have a chance to retrieve it.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff are all very nice and helpful. The food during breakfast was great. The hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel is very close to Aldi, a grocery store when you need a quick bite.

Fine for one night and close to the airport

The hotel was good, aside from the 25 Euro charge to check into a room that was already ready, 2 hours early. We checked out 2 hours before checkout time. Why didn't we get paid 25 Euro for doing that. The woman who checked us in was great, the guy was disinterested and provided no info about the hotel, what rime breakfast was, etc. We got a drink at the bar that evening and the bartender was not friendly or welcoming at all.

The room / hotel was very hot. Even with a window open it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good, staff were polite and friendly. The room was pretty basic and annoyingly, there was no iron in the room. I was told there was an ironing room in the hotel, but it was in a different floor and my key would not allow access. The most disturbing issue was with booking security. Either the hotel or Expedia have a data leak as scammers were able to obtain my personal information and booking details and attempt to scam me by requesting an additional deposit before I arrived. I don’t fall for it- but it was pretty convincing. I questioned this with the hotel and they said they were aware of the problem.
