The hotel location is really good. It is near the train station and walkable from local sites. The actual property is a bit tired and could do with a refurb. Instead of a double bed booked we got two single beds with own duvets and only one pillow each. When asked staff to have extra pillows, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning sadly did not work hence we had to have a balcony door open and due to location it was really loud at night/early morning which prevented me sleeping well. Toilet room is tiny and the shower/sink are a park of corridor/room which leaves very little for privacy and space. Not enough towels either, only one per person. Cleanliness is OK but the rooms could be cleaner than they were (e.g. there were marks on the walls, carpets looked tired). Car parking is conveniently located underground however parking spaces are tiny and the way out of the car park is too steep making it hard for smaller and longer cars to get out. This could have been a really good stay given location, and how well the amenities look however I am slightly disappointed.

Location is good:) Room cleanliness needs improvement. There was a day that they only took the trash, bed unmade and floor was dirty on both rooms I had booked. Breakfast is really good. So much variety and had healthy options. Love it!

I would have loved this property. However, since it was a Pet Friendly hotel, I guess the rooms are not cleaned very well. I was itchy all night and woke up with hives in the morning. I had to get out of the room as soon as possible. I would recommend removing the carpet and putting in hard floors for a pet friendly hotel. And maybe consider having a floor or few rooms where no pets are allowed for those with pet allergies. Otherwise, the lobby was nice and clean, also my safe haven. The bar area was enjoyable, and appreciated the multiple seating options. The hotel was easy to get to on foot from the train station. I felt safe walking outside. And the staff was very friendly and check in and check out was quick. Adding an optional shower curtain for privacy would be nice for 2 single travelers sharing the room.

Everything was great! Greay food and bar (Tina was the BEST). Were able to acfomodate us for an additional night when flight got cancelled. Old town and train staion within a 10 minute walimg distance. Parking was easy as well.

Location is a close 8 min walk to Zurich HB. The rooms are small and clean. Typical for Europe the room. Only complaint is the bed is a firm mattress and uncomfortable and the pillows are tiny. The bed gave me back pain every night. The breakfast is good. It is the same food every morning with the only thing that changes is the yogurt flavours. Went to iron my clothes on the 2nd floor the iron board is ripped, it needs to be replaced. They have a parking garage for people that drive. There is a taxi outside most of the time 20 chf to airport. There is a small selection of waters and snacks in lobby but a little overpriced. you can walk to zurich hb and get basics at migros/coop. There is construction going on at building next door a little loud and so is the tram at night.
