Hotel isn’t what it seems like in the pictures. We paid for a superior room and got given a standard room. Rooms have no AC. Toilets have no lock which means no privacy at all. The doors remain half open when you need to go toilet.

Newly renovated, top floor corner unit was an amazing room with a cute view of the lovely buildings across the street. Wrap around balcony was very convenient for taking photos. Proximity to the train is wonderful and allowed us to do some very quick exploring of the city and Christmas markets.

Its hot in Zurich and our 1st room was so hot we could not stand it. The girl at front desk took pity on us, and upgraded us to a room with larger windows that opens. The Dyson Cool is totally ineffective at 29C temps. You need to get proper sir conditining system.

So it was awful! A hotel with pretty nice ratings, near the city center and at the end such an awful experience!!!! The stuff was so excited that the could "UPGRADE" our rooms... and at the end this is what we got! I am afraid to imagine what would we get without an upgrade!!!! Now i understand that the stuff just make us a joke!!! The " GREAT BREAKFAST" is the poorest and cheapest i had! No problem with that but don't charge such a ridiculous price for that! Never ever will come back! Visiting Zurich 3-4 times a year! Do not recommend !
