The room smelled freshly cleaned. It was clean. Beds comfy. Nice reception person. I would stay again. Notes for improvement: the bathroom sink/ entire tap should be cleaned with a toothbrush and abrasive cleaner. We registered as 2 adults but received one tiny shampoo. Each adult should have one. This is my first ever experience of having no wall mounted blow dryer in bathroom. Many large hotels are doing huge renovations, selling off things. - you could pick them up for a song. Painters advise : scrape and sand above showers and repaint ceiling with bathroom paint or oil. Friendly suggestions

The staff, check-in and overall appearance of the place was great. However, upon entering and settling into our room, which appeared to be clean and cozy, we noticed bed bugs. It was 10pm, office was just closing, but they were excellent about refunding our room. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available, so I have no idea if it was just the one room or if other rooms also had an issue. Also, unfortunately, there were no other rooms available in the area, so we had to sleep in our car.
