We are seniors. No elevator to 3rd floor room and no offer of another floor. The room was overcrowded with furniture, the TV on dresser was small, room stuffy, needs to replace carpet especially stairs to 2nd floor.

Hotel picture and description when booking not even close . Outdated and run down plus beds are not comfortable as on write up . Beds are wore out and sag to the edges. Everything is wore out in the bathroom too. Would never stay there again for the price that they changed its shameful

Our crew was working nights and the room next to them had a large speaker next door and was up playing music well past 4:30am and it was very difficult for them to get rest on the day off.

😡The window was open when we arrived but the highway is too noisy to sleep. We put on the AC and tried to go to sleep but after 15 minutes it starts making a loud rattle noise so loud the room next to us banged on the wall to complain. Staff obviously knew this was an issue and choose to just leave the window open. The hotel looks full and we were changed and tucked in when the issue happened. Don’t stay here

Older styled motel. Hall carpets had holes and the room was very dated and needed total reno. Room smelled smokey but was supposed to be non smoking. Breakfast was ok but was available in a very small room with limited seating.

Great staff. Convenient location. Dislike: pillows broken down, smoke detector was off its base. Small dining area with a lot of guests trying to get food at the same time.

Older building, but they are maintaining and upgrading it well. I got lucky with a room with the quietest air conditioner I have ever had in any hotel. Not all rooms have been upgraded yet, but they are working on it. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Due for renovation

My first room was dirty and previously smoked in so we moved to another room so my rating is based on my second room. The bathroom was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner were both empty. Beds seemed clean but with rips in the carpets, permanently stained furniture and corroded taps and shower head, I would say this place is due for a renovation.
