Apartment with 3 rooms for rent, two of them double and one with two twin beds, toilet, bathroom with shower, kitchen, large living room, heating ... gallery with magnificent views of the port, 2 min. from the beach and the promenade (with its extraordinary restaurants) and less than 15 min. walk from anywhere in town.
It is rented in the summer season (Summer, Christmas, Easter ....) in addition to weekends .... we do not rent luxury we rent comfort. Building with elevator. Optional garage
And what about La Guardia ... A fishing village where good restaurants abound, a quiet and dynamic town with its popular and gastronomic festivals, a cordial and familiar treatment of its neighbors and with many places of interest ...
