Nie wieder! Alptraum Urlaub!

Lange haben wir uns auf unseren Dänemark Urlaub gefreut und dieses hübsche Häuschen gefunden. Als wir angekommen sind, waren wir ca. 30 Minuten in diesem Haus und am Boden zerstört. Wir noch am selben Tag wieder abgereist und mussten uns ein Hotelzimmer buchen, obwohl wir uns sehr auf diese Reise gefreut haben. Die Toilettenspülung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, im kleinen Bad war das Licht defekt, die Bettdecken, Kopfkissen und Matratzen sind voll mit ekelhaften Flecken, die Sauna ist nicht nutzbar, da voll mit Ameisen, Ameisenködern und es steht kein Eimer mit Wasser bereit. Auch der Kamin war defekt und nicht nutzbar, alles war schmuddelig, Besteck, Trockner, Waschmaschine. Ich habe den KUndenservive kontaktiert, leider wollte man mir in keinster WEise entgegenkommen, weil ich die ( mir unbekannte) Servicenummer nicht angerufen habe, damit man die Probleme beseitigen kann. Trotz bvieler Nachrichten meinerseits, gab es keine Entschädigung und ich werde permanent dazu aufgefordert eine 5 Sterne Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Ich bin enttäuscht und entsetzt.
