Interior:
The property consists of the main villa and an annex, totalling approximately 465 sq m. VILLA (on two floors connected by internal stairs and lift) - GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; bathroom with tub (accessible via internal stairs), laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – TV room; study; three double bedrooms; two twin bedrooms; three bathrooms with shower. ANNEX (on three floors connected by external stairs) – GROUND FLOOR – Changing room, two guest bathrooms, bathroom for disabled guests, four showers, laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Open-plan living room and kitchenette with access to the terrace; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, double bedroom; twin bedroom; bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR – Living room with TV; bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms.

Park:
Villa Cusano is located at an altitude of 405 metres above sea level. The garden, of about 4,000 sq m, slopes gently down from the main villa towards the pool and annex, with green lawns and olive trees taking centre stage and framing the outdoor living areas. A furnished portico, located near the entrance to the villa, provides a shaded area ideal for outdoor dining with a barbecue located nearby. Various relaxation areas invite guests to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature. The property includes a large outdoor parking area that can accomodate about ten cars.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The panoramic infinity pool is located on a terrace slightly lower than the villa, about 25 metres away, and is reached along a path in grass and stone. Rectangular and measuring 12 x 6 m with a depth of 1.30 m, it features a “beach”, a gradually-sloping entry area for children of 6 x 1.60 m with a constant depth of 0.40 m. Lined in PVC with five submerged steps and a metal ladder for access; chlorine purification. The teak-effect solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Internal and external lighting allows for nighttime use. Available to guests in the annex is a changing room, three guest bathrooms and four showers. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
