Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 12:00 noon or earlier. LOCK DOOR/ KEY BACK IN LOCKBOX. Leave GATE KEY HANGING BY DOOR. SEND A MESSAGE SAYING YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT, so we can come clean for the next reservation>
NO SMOKING INSIDE AND PUT CIGARETTE BUTTS IN BUTT CAN OUTSIDE BY THE TREE> Keep pets in cages and on leash. Turn Air Off,
Dirty towels in hamper or in tub. Remove used sheets and put on floor or hamper. Leave trash tied up inside. You can leave any unopened food for the next guest. Wash dishes or put in diswasher&start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
