There are 3 good size bedrooms at this semi-detached property and a comfortable lounge with the added bonus of a separate snug with games and an X Box. Relax on the garden furniture outside and enjoy the stunning sunsets and star gazing and the owners' small holding is right next door with animals that the children will love becoming friends with. Aberaeron has all the amenities you need, two shingle beaches and a harbour where you can catch a boat to see bottlenose dolphins. Make sure you visit the magnificent Llanerchaeron estate with it's fabulous Georgian villa or take a drive along the coast to New Quay or Abersytwyth.
