Glass toilet wall

Helpful and friendly staff from start to finish. Bed nice and big and comfortable. Very clean throughout hotel. Nice breakfast, fully English and continental style. The bad bit was the design of the toilet partition wall, smoked glass wall with glass door. Not very private and the light would shine through the glass wall and over the bed at night.

Cold night away!

Was nice until went to bed and the 2 rooms I booked were cold so turned up heating as it would go but never heated up was cold all night, told hotel they refused to give refund which was very unfair! As they said rooms were hot when we checked out that’s only cause off us all having hot showers when got up to warm us up!
