Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very comfortable and clean and had an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. A great hot breakfast, which was buffet style. Arriving back very late from a wedding reception, snacks were available near the front desk. The location of this hotel is excellent for onward journeys and there is good parking. I would stay here again. Happy to recommend a stay here.

I booked this hotel as it had a fit was centre. Upon arrival I was informed it was out of order, no mention on the booking page. Key card didn’t work and was stuck outside my room for 20 minutes.

Overall the hotel is very good and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is okay too. A few niggles the hotel need to sort out. Only one of the 2 lifts were working and the lift displays on the floors didnt work either. There was no notice to say that one of the lifts didnt work. The literature states the bar is open until 12pm, yet when we returned from a night at the theatre at 10:45 and fancied a drink to unwind the bar was closed and reception told us it closed early. We were offered room service but I dont want to drink in the hotel room alone. Also I had to wait 15 minutes for scrambled eggs to be replenished at breakfast, and had made staff aware it had run out. Niggles but it dies affect your overall opinion.

Ample and easy parking. Comfortable bed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were good. It was Easter sunday and they had an easter bunny giving out easter eggs to the kids which was a nice touch.
