Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are either recently refurbished or very well looked after. Didnt hear anything through the night which is rare. Very happy with our stay.

Excellent only downside was we are still waiting for the staff to take our order for a sweet that we told them we would keep menu to order after main but staff just walked around as nothing to do we waited about 20-25 mins and just gave up and paid for what we had shouldn’t have to tell them twice we wanted a sweet sorry otherwise excellent hotel and customer service

I was greeted by the staff, who were all very nice, and was given a free upgrade to a very lovely room. I arrived quite late in the day but the restaurant was open late which saved me a lot of time. Overall a great visit.
