Aderyn Du is a detached, dog-friendly bungalow cottage, with a large garden space near the centre of the popular North Wales market town of Abergele.
A corner-site bungalow, Aderyn Du offers a large private garden for relaxing in the sunshine and the garden is enclosed to ensure your dogs are kept safe. Aside from a few steps to enter the property, every room and facility is on the single, ground level. Aderyn Du has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. One is the ensuite bathroom and the other a family shower room. There is a modern and functional kitchen, with double oven, hob, microwave, kettle and everything you will need for a fantastic self-catering stay. Additionally, there is a utility room, with fridge/freezer and washing machine. The large and spacious lounge with comfy sofas, TV and gas fire. Beyond this, you will find a family dining area which leads onto a conservatory with patio doors and paved garden area. There is plenty of parking at the property on the roadside and there is also the use of a garage space. Bed linens and towels are provided, though guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Up to 2 dogs are allowed to stay at the property, with no charge for the first dog. If you wish to bring 2 dogs, a refundable cleaning bond of £50 will be levied. This does not form part of the overall rental cost, so will be taken in addition to the cost of the stay. There is an electric car charge point in the garage for guests with electric cars, of which there is a charge of £35 per stay. If you would like to make use of this facility, please mention at the time of making your booking. A portable ramp for access is also available, again, this must be requested prior to your stay.
