Not happy with stay. Rooms were not cleaned after returning from work each day. Also lots of homeless outside the hotel. Don’t feel safe. Won’t stay here again!

This isn't the best part of town, smelled awful someone was smoking some cheap skunk weed, stairs are falling apart , ghetto grounds are rough , floors were so dirty in the room , even th food menu had leftover food on it and a dirty towel from the last person .....ew

Worst hotel ever, UNSAFE

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Sketchy men hanging all around the hotel parking lot, lobby and in hallways. Loitering all over the place. ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE HOTEL. We could not stay even after checking in. We left. Do NOT waste time booking this trash heap.

I didn’t stay. Never even went to the room. The lobby looked “shady” and when drove around to locate my room it made me feel very unsafe. So I immediately told the guy I wasn’t going g to stay there.

The property is in poor repair. The television didn't work and was hanging from the wall. Wall lamps didn't work and/or didn't have bulbs in them. The breakfast was poorly supplied. Someone from a corporate office should do a surprise inspection to determine how poorly run the hotel is. I would not visit or stay in another Wyndham property.

The first day the pool was open, the next it was closed and it wasn’t just closed that day it was gonna be closed for a week we made sure it would be open before booking very disappointed in that and the pillows are to small and not comfortable and tv didn’t have anything good like Netflix

I have them a chance, but this was the worst

I showed up an hour after check-in expecting to be able to get my room which I had reserved at least 24 hours in advance. After arriving the room that I was supposed to be in at first would not open because the card reader was not on for some reason. The second rim that they offered me also had a malfunction with the card reader and the lock would not disengage so once the door had been opened, it would not close. The next time that they try to appease me by giving me another room, the room was still dirty. The other people that were in the rooms were very loud and noisy. There were things that were missing such as a smoke detector or even the center plate of the microwave The floor was so dirty my feet turned black Nothing had been wiped down There was even mold in the vents and on the hairdryer And a whole bunch of debris inside of the drains This is definitely one of them hotels where you get much less than what you paid for All in all is just a stressful experience and tedious and having to go back back-and-forth to the receptionist counter over and over again got very exhausting At two in the morning, I had left for a moment and when I came back, my key card didn’t work again so I had to go and wait for the receptionist yet again All in all, I’m disappointed, and will not be returning

I have seen nicer hobo cardboard box houses

There is a TV with no cable it’s true just an oversized paperweight because it’s not even a smart tv so why is it in the room? The toilet not only old but filthy, covered in rust and feces. I wouldn’t recommend sitting on that thing unless you are up to date on all your shots. The tub/shower was dirty it look like you would come out cleaner not using it. The floor looks as though you are leaving a bad at 3 am it’s dirty stained and sticky. The mattress looks as though they just made the bed when the previous guest left forgetting to change the linen. There was some other peoples hair on the pillow and under the blanket. We will ignore the bugs crawling on the bed. I checked out within the hour as soon as I located a much nicer hotel. I can’t even begin to express how just utterly disgusted I was. I have stayed in some real slums throughout my life but I have never just felt intentionally offended by the conditions of a stay. There aren’t enough characters in the world to sum up how embarrassed I would be as an owner of this establishment.

Cheap for a reason

Clogged drains. Room smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. Holes in ceiling. Cockroach. Common area outside room smelled of pot. No one at front desk to greet me upon arrival. Heard other people staying there complaining of no cleaning and no clean towels. Would never stay here again. Seems they charged my credit card after I had already paid through Hotels.com and will be fighting that. Hopefully it drops off from pending to “never happened,” but we’ll see. Do not recommend.

Mildew smell as soon as I walked in. Loud vehicles noises til very late at night, people walking by speaking loudly all night. Some seedy looking people loitered around the building. Overall not the best Baymont experience.

I’m not sure how the facility all around was because I did not stay. When I went into the room I was registered for the bedding was dirty(covers) and the floor in the restroom had sitting water. Checking into the room the staff was pleasant and when I expressed my concern about room staff was accommodating returning fees
