Mi experiencia fue de llevarme un fiasco absoluto. La ubicación del hotel es terrible, una zona insegura y en una colonia de barrio, cuando llegué no podía creer que estaba en el lugar correcto. Las fotos que suben no corresponden al lugar, me enseñaron la habitación, y no pude estar ni 2 minutos, vaya, ni cuando fui estudiante me toco un hotel tan deprimente. Perdí mi dinero porque reservé con cobro anticipado, no me devolvieron nada y tuve que bookear otro hotel en ese momento. No me quedé la noche. Preferí perder mi dinero que pasar la noche en ese lugar espantoso. Simplemente es una basura de lugar. Por 100 o 200 pesos más te reservas una habitación en otro nivel de lugar.

Bien, pero con olores asquerosos en el baño

Nos asignaron una habitación, sin embargo en la noche el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar y nos reubicaron en otra de manera muy rápida, la nueva habitación (106) tenía un aire acondicionado viejo pero funcionaba bien, sin embargo un gran inconveniente: el baño despedía un aroma ASQUEROSO, vomitivo, se le dijo al personal y dijeron que lo iban a revisar pero siguió igual. El hotel es bueno en la relación precio-servicio ofrecido, excelente ubicación con playas, las sabanas limpias y suaves, sin embargo los olores despedidos en el baño no pueden ser incluso en el hotel de más baja categoría.

No hicieron el servicio del cuarto más que un día de 5 que estuve, la televisión es vieja y el control no agarra bien, se sale el agua del baño cuando te bañas al grado de tener un chapoteadero en el cuarto, solo está funcionando una piscina de dos, Está muy bien para moverte en carro, porque tiene estacionamiento y los lugares turísticos están alejados para ir a pie en el sol y con maletas, un excelente precio, y tiene una bonita plata muy cerca, un mercado con variedad para comer y está cerca de la estación estrella de oro , el clima funciona muy bien

No tienen en funcionamiento las albercas, no funciona su televisión y el internet era pésimo, hubiera estado de acuerdo si te avisarán esto antes del check in pero no lo hacen, por lo que no tienes de otra si no quieres perder tu dinero, las habitaciones no están ventiladas (no tienen ventanas), lo bueno que el aire acondicionado funciona bastante bien, pero se me hace un lugar demasiado pequeño para dos personas, no tienen teléfono para llamar a recepción, no te dan jabón y solo dan una toalla. No estuve a gusto sinceramente.
