The place was run down, sheets were ripped and dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work, I had to pay cash because they did not except credit. We booked in and we stayed for less than two hours and trying to cancel multiple times with apparently Expedia, but expedient wasn’t able to help us at all. We lost all of our money for six days.we felt we were scammed by the hotel because they would not answer the phone for Expedia, and Expedia wouldn’t help us get a refund at all because it said management wouldn’t answer the phone ,not my fault at all. I would recommend that nobody goes to this dive of a hotel. Totally unsafe, filthy and disgusting. No customer service no security nothing but a big disappointment in Expedia for not doing anything about this.

Comfortable bed with effective air conditioning. Very cool indoor/outdoor pool. Nearby to many food places and beach. Parking was not on site but our vehicle was visible from our room. We do not speak spanish and the front desk lady was extremely patient with our use of google translate. Great experience overall

This is a small and pretty basic hotel but the location makes it great value for money, walking distance both to the bus terminal and the beach. Friendly service and great location.

Likes: the location. It is 3 blocks from main street and a oxxo on the corner. Also across the street from bus terminal. Dislike:the sheets were old and gross. There was a hair on my sheets when i pulled back old worn blanket. No pillow cases. I used my own towl for pillows and a wrap around for sheet another for covers. Its very nice looking hotel inside but can someone buy new sheets and blankets

Very pleasant place, absolutely cheap. The crew is very friendly and the location is just one street from the beach. However, it is quite noisy when families and children are staying around.

La alberca esta limpia Los barandales esta muy sueltos y es peligroso, los colchones están en muy mal estado no se puede dormir en ellos Nos tuvimos que salir al día siguiente de llegar por la incomodidad solo nos ofrecieron cambiarnos un cuarto y no me pareció justo además a la hora del checkout ni siquiera pareció importarles qué nos fuéramos tan rápido no hubo ni una pregunta u oferta de devolución por lo sucedido.
