Stay in a 175 year old contemporary stone farmhouse in the Catskills. Sitting on 10 acres of woodlands and fields, Deerfield Farm Estate is a unique and picturesque retreat in upstate New York perfect for guests wanting a private and relaxing escape only 2 hours from the city.
The stone house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 1 bedroom for a child. There is a working fireplace, a sunroom, heated pool, patio and firepit, along with a professional kitchen and bar area for entertaining. The property is spread across several carefully landscaped acres, including a large pond, a planter garden and a wide open field with a barn. The perimeter of the grounds are enclosed by a deer fence and large trees, providing privacy and safety.
Accord is located 20 minutes from the towns of Stone Ridge and Rosendale, and 35 minutes from Kingston where all grocery stores, pharmacies and services are located. The house is close to Minnewaska Park and the Ashokan Reservoir where there are ample and beautiful hiking trails. It is also nearby local favorites including Saunderskill Farms, Arrowood Brewery and Ollie's Pizzeria, and popular places such as Kelder's Farm, Westwind Orchard, and Stone Hill's Farmhouse.
