There are a few things that need attention. The Apartment’s furniture in the living room is dated, Couch and chairs are old and warm, table scratched up and walls need some fresh paint. One of the TV’s in the bedroom did not work which was a bummer for my mom who likes to watch tv in bed! Both bathrooms need attention…sink drained extremely slow and the hand held shower heads are so old, they spray all over the shower as well as the other jet sprayer in the shower old and sprays all over the place. There are no chairs on the balcony to sit outside. EXTREMELY NOISY location!! And up too many stairs. Kitchen had coffee & creme but no sugar! Dish drainer that sits on the sink has nothing under it to catch the water when washing dishes. There is a washer machine but no dryer I communicated my needs on day 1 but it was never addressed or repaired. It was acknowledged once I sent the message in the app but on the ground was no assistance. The young staff, security & house keeping personnel were nice but not much they do to help me.

The room had some problems. The AC broke the first night itself but the staff was quick to fix it. The other thing that I did not like is that the toiletries were not provided properly. There was no hand wash or soap in the bathroom and when requested I was given a small one time use bottle of body wash.

Room service was on point, property is clean and staff is extremely friendly. Soundproof from the outside but the rooms aren’t entirely soundproof, you can hear your next door neighbor if they’re loud. Besides that, my stay was amazing and private.
