Our biggest challenge was communication. For example, free breakfast was part of the packaged. They did not explain it’s not free breakfast at the cafe onsite. You need to order it and it’s brought on site. That was not explained. The room was adequate but showing wear and tear. We had to beg for towels and soap. We never got the soap and had to purchase on our own. That also includes toilet paper. Our host was supposed to resolve these challenges and he did not.
