The hotel was great with picking me up and taking me to the airport. Changing my room when the AC didn't work. Changing my room when I needed a shower, not a tub. Struggle to check in due to a mix up with the Hotels.com virtual credit card code. The ladies (Gabriella was trying to be very helpful) at the desk could not get it to be accepted. Took a while. The thing that stands out the most to me is your restaurant. On my last night 3 of us had dinner and, I can't state this enough, we were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant. The kitchen had only to make 3 meals at the same time. That did NOT happen. First one meal, then a while later another meal and then the final meal. We were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant. I had to send my food back as it was cold. The waitress never came back again and I had to get up and walk to the kitchen to ask for the check. The service at your restaurant was shockingly bad.
