Our shower didn’t work properly asked reception to have it fixed .Landed up showering in the gym and had to brush my teeth in cold water . The carpets where dirty and not cleaned for a while.I would not stay their again very disappointed.

This could be a realy good venue. The room was verry good but there was a constand sound of running warer from behind a panel in the wall. It would also be faur to inform people that there is a £10 charge to use the pool in the booking information

Spa was excellent, breakfast always delicious, dinners were also delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only trouble I had was the drain in the shower of my room didn't quite drain correctly....leading it to spill into the bathroom floor. Otherwise, fantastic stay! It was my third time staying here, and I'd 100% stay again!

STAYED WITH DAUGHTER AND GRANDCHILDREN, VERY CHILD FRIENDLY WITH THE RECEPTION AND BAR STAFF BEING VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING.
