das Hotel und unser Zimmer waren gut, die Betten perfekt. das Restaurant in der Lobby war nicht besonders nach unserem Geschmack. Personal überall sehr nett und freundlich.

Staff très agréable et à l'écoute que ce soit pour la piscine et la plage distante de 30 mètres que pour la restauration. Je veux aussi mentionné les femmes en charge de la propreté des chambres. Elles le méritent.

Hotel, mit Versuch vor Ort Nachzahlung zu erhalten

Pros: Interieur, Lage, Familienfreundlichkeit
Cons: oben genanntes Missverständnis hat am Beginn keine Freude bereitet und hätte erst gar nicht sein müssen.
Location: Hauptstrasse, aber nichts davon gehört, da das Zimmer Richtung Garten lag.
Über Ebookers ein Superior Vierbettzimmer (2Erwachsene,2 Kinder 9und11J.) gebucht. Bei Ankunft wurde pro Kind pro Nacht 15€ extra versucht uns nachträglich in Rechnung zu stellen, da angeblich die Kinder bei uns in den Betten hätten schlafen sollen zu dem von Ebookers gebuchten Tarif. Wie sollte das denn gehen, bei der Größe der Kinder... Vor Ort an der Rezeption herumgezackert, Ebookers angerufen, etc. Im Endeffekt mussten wir eine Kurtaxe vor Ort nachzahlen, aber das war schon eine Diskussion... Bei Buchung habe ich das Vierbettzimmer als Foto mit zwei separaten Doppelbetten gesehen, das Alter der Kinder angegeben. Was war denn da unklar? Oder war es eine Abzockmasche?? Das ist der Nachgeschmack...

Personnels super gentil et toujours à l'écoute.

Pros: Le petit déjeuner, les repas du soir, le personnel très qualifié et toujours disponible, la piscine, la mer.
Cons: Peut-être se serait bien si l'hôtel pouvait organiser des petites animations, des soirée à thèmes ou autres.....
Location: Aci Castello est un joli petit village au bord de la mer. A voir à proximité l'Etna, Taormina, Siracusa et aussi Catania.
Superbes vacances: piscine très jolie, l'accès privé et direct à la mer, les chambres très propres et spacieuses.
