The service was great, but the hotel needs to be done up and a bit more respectable in rooms. Don’t think I will stay there again due to the noise that happens on a Saturday night especially cars riving people screaming and yelling not a good place for a hotel.

Room was not clean, marks on walls, dirty bathroom, cracked sink basin, leaking shower head, peeling paint, stained carpets, insufficient toilet paper, dirty handprints on windows, shower screen and other surfaces. Bed doona did not have a cover and no top sheet. Items left in room from previous occupants. Warned by desk staff to not walk street alone after dark as u safe. Very noisy area next door to bar. Lots of homeless and vagrants who hassle for money and cigarettes/alcohol. Would not stay here again.

Overall too very good Check in was difficult as contrary to listing closed at 7pm no 8pm as in listing and in room info. Had to call Queensland after hour service to finally get access. Easley inside by young person but then abused by man that have to wait outside till get access. No place you wait in street

Short city stay

We had a deluxe twin room 306 VERY VERY NOISY, Walking distance to Rundle mall . Our room was on the pub side thus very noisy . Reception staff is good .LOVE THE EXPRESSO COFFEE IN THE LOUNGE .
