The immediate surroundings were very pleasant, and I appreciated the feeling of safety. The town house itself was new and clean, which contributed to a very comfortable experience.
The only drawback I noted was the lack of a ground-floor toilet. While I personally did not have an issue with the stairs, I feel this property would be unsuitable for guests who require accommodation without stairs.
Great location lots of places to eat close by. Apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a 4 night stay

Comfortable, quiet, modern & easy access to city.
3rd time staying.
This time for 3 weeks waiting for our new home to be completed.
Quiet 3 min walk to Port Dock railway (20 mins to city) station & bus hub.
Plenty of pubs, eating places within walking distance.
Contact with staff easy & efficient.
Although the property was well presented and comfortable inside, the external surroundings were poor with the street front not being finished off - ie no proper footpath and building debris not properly cleaned up. Furthermore although there was supposed to be a parking dedicated to the property we could not access it as someone had parked a trailer in the designated parking space. When we tried to get assistance regarding the parking neither the provided phone or email contacts for Expedia through whom we booked the property, were working and we could not raise any response. This is unacceptable and we will never use Expedia again. Unfortunately this lack of service from Expedia left us with a less favourable view of the property.
The property is well located near several restaurants but is a considerable distance from the CBD and so a car is very useful if staying here.
