Staff were amazing .. so helpful and friendly .. the couch in my room was well worn and very uncomfortable.. needs replacing as you are sitting on the frame .. also lacked enough parking for the size of the hotel .. had to park a distance away carting luggage as hotel car park was full ..

This property is now our go to place when we stay in Adelaide. The accommodation and service was first class from the time we walked through the front doors till the time we left. Staff were friendly and the rooms were immaculate and well appointed, it was a great place to stay with great views that we didn’t want to leave.

Quest always spotless, the pre check in process was ridiculous, saved no time, just irritated by multiple text requests to do it for a seamless arrival. It saved no time, check in was no quicker-all it did was stress us while driving 700km with varied range.
