Set within a quiet, well-kept complex with its own private entrance, this spacious dual-level home offers plenty of room to relax, connect and unwind. With two separate living areas, everyone can spread out comfortably, ideal for families or groups travelling together. One lounge is perfect for movie nights or family games, while the main open-plan living, kitchen and dining area creates a central hub for everyday living and flows seamlessly to a private courtyard where you can enjoy fresh air and morning sun.
The kitchen is beautifully appointed with gas cooking, a coffee machine, a breakfast bar and a handy butler’s pantry. Whether you`re preparing dinner or sharing casual snacks at the dining table, the space is designed for easy, sociable living.
The primary bedroom is conveniently located downstairs and offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, full ensuite and direct outdoor access. Upstairs, three additional light-filled bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. One bedroom includes a double bed, another offers two king single beds, and the third provides a single bed. The spacious upstairs bathroom features a deep bath, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet for added convenience. Downstairs, a guest powder room makes shared living easier, while a laundry with a washer and dryer helps simplify longer stays.
Ducted air conditioning runs throughout the entire home, keeping it cosy in winter and cool in summer. Parking is available on the driveway for three cars. Please note that the garage is not available for use.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
