Please renovate these rooms! I’ve had better furniture in outback dongas. Bed comfy, water pressure in the shower fantastic, but the furniture was worn & damaged. The mirrors were crazed. I recognise the hotel is not overly expensive, but the torn carpet on the stairs, damaged laminate in the bathroom & peeling furniture was pretty tragic.

We were originally in the 2nd floor at the hotel. It desperately needs updated furniture and carpets and repairs and a good cleaning. We talked with front desk staff and she upgraded us at no charge for a room in the chalets. Although it was a significant improvement, updated and repaired furniture and carpets are needed there, along with a good cleaning! The female desk staff was very helpful and super nice or we probably wouldn’t have stayed. Not worth the cost.

Disappointed as two of the 3 beds were broken on arrival and we told the staff every day for 3 days about it. They kept putting us off. Nothing was done while we were there and has been done to apologise since.

The whole place is showing signs of neglect in maintenance and cleanliness. Mold in shower, front door lock not very secure- door had signs of being forced previously, only one bedside light worked, both bedside lights were loose in their mountings, furniture was outdated and tacky,
