Three Tea House — Relaxed Living in Mile End

Contemporary and welcoming, this single-level unit offers a well-balanced blend of comfort and style. The open-plan living area feels bright and inviting, with warm timber flooring, a modern sofa and soft accent décor creating an easy sense of calm. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet night in or catching up on your favourite shows, the split-system cooling keeps things comfortable all year round.

The kitchen and dining area bring together form and function. Sleek cabinetry, gas cooking and quality appliances make everyday meals effortless, while the compact dining table offers a comfortable spot for morning coffee or an unhurried meal in. Outdoors, the private courtyard with a BBQ is a peaceful extension of the living space—perfect for alfresco dining, an evening drink or a quiet moment in the sunshine.

Both bedrooms are designed for relaxation, featuring queen beds dressed in crisp linen, subtle lighting and soft, neutral styling that encourages rest. Bedroom two also features a desk, perfect for remote work or study. The bathroom continues the contemporary feel, with a walk-in shower, clean lines and the practicality of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Parking is available for one vehicle in `car spot 3` at the back of the property, providing simple and secure access throughout your stay.

During your stay, you and your group have the entire unit to yourselves for complete privacy and comfort. Please note, there are two other units on the property, also available for short-term stays. These may host guests during your visit, but each has its own private entrance and facilities. Settle in and make yourselves at home!

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Three Tea House — Relaxed Living in Mile End offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
