The chalet is located on a chalet park in Afritz am See, amid the beautiful landscape of southern Carinthia, where mountains, vast forests and crystal clear lakes converge. It is the ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet, enjoying nature and an active holiday. From the chalet you can walk straight to the Afritzer See, an idyllic lake with manicured beaches, sunbathing meadows, jetties and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

In winter, several ski resorts are easily accessible. Bad Kleinkirchheim, about 15 kilometers away, offers 103 kilometers of slopes and modern facilities, perfect for families and keen skiers. The ski resort Gerlitzen Alpe is also close by (about 13 km) and offers 50-55 kilometers of runs with impressive panoramas over the Alps.

Besides nature and winter sports, the region has much more to offer. The city of Villach is ideal for a day trip, with cosy terraces, shops and relaxing spas.
