L'appartement était parfait à tous points de vue : situé dans un coin tranquille du Cap, juste en bordure du quai, tout en étant à proximité d'une boulangerie, de boutiques et de restaurants. C'était un excellent pied-à-terre pour ma famille et il était parfaitement sécurisé. Le parking privé était fantastique. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent service de la part de Marianne et de ses collègues d'Eurogestion et nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Des équipements qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce type de villa louée pour 8 personnes.Plaque vitro qui met des heures à chauffer, pas assez d’ustensiles et de récipients pour cuisiner pour 8.Certains mitigeurs qui donnent l’impression qu’ils vont nous rester dans les mains quand on les manipule.Le canapé comme couchage qui est terriblement inconfortable.De vieilles couvertures et même pas une couette à la bonne taille.Des lits attachés pas des sangles et fixés au mur donc pas d’accès aux prises électriques qui sont derrière.La douche qui déborde le premier jour car le nettoyage n’a pas été fait.Un seul jeu de clés et badge pour 8 personnes c’est bien peu et ça ne facilite pas les déplacements.Belle villa avec terrasse agréable mais avec des équipements bas de gamme qui ne correspondent pas au standing attendu pour le prix et dans ce type de résidence où nous avions déjà loué une autre villa (au top).
