Seaside house/villa with air conditioning WiFi and parking.

DURING PEAK SEASON JULY AND AUGUST WE RENT ONLY IN BLOCKS OF SEVEN DAYS i.e. SEVEN, FOURTEEN etc. What we offer is a spacious 80 m comfortable well equipped and maintained house ten minutes walk to the beach.
We have sleeping accommodation for six people with two double bedrooms one of which is en suite and one twin mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. There is the option to add another child’s single bed if required.
Sheets and towels are provided as is a child’s high chair and a travel cot. Private designated parking is also provided just a few steps from the house.
There is a selection of books in English French and German together with board games and DVD,s There is a terrace both front and back each one with its own garden furniture. There is a brick BBQ on the main terrace and a closet with beach equipment.
The house is ten minutes walk from a large beach popular with families, there are shops a bakery/cafe a pizza place and ATM at five minutes walk.
On the beach itself there is a very nice Cuban bar/restaurant Mango’s, with other restaurants and bars just off the beach.
The house is located in a quiet area but still convenient for all amenities. The main marina area “Centre Port” which offers a large selection of shops bars and restaurants is a ten minute walk.

Cap d’Adge is a popular location for families and it has been awarded the Famille Plus award from the French government in recognition of the facilities it offers. Everything from water sports to tennis a large water park Aqualand and several smaller activity parks for children. The resort also offers water cruises around the resort and a mini train.
There is golf and deep sea fishing also on offer and a casino and night clubs in addition to the large range of eating options to suit every pocket.

Public transport is excellent at Cap d’Agde with regular busses running daily to the main line station at Agde. There is a shuttle bus from there to the Beziers/ Cap d’Agde airport timed to service departing and arriving flights.
There is a bus stop just a few steps from the house for the 4 line and a stop for the 3 line at Centre Port just ten minutes walk. There is an additional line 11 running during high which serves the local attractions and beaches. This is accessible form the stop beside the house.

There are several places of interest convient to Cap d’Adge such as.

Marseillan a small fishing port just fifteen minutes drive, Beziers at thirty minutes is worth a visit to see “Les neuf écluses” a spectacular feat of engineering.
The magnificent Montpellier the Paris of the south is about forty minutes drive and is a truly beautiful city.
Pezenas famous for its artists and antique shops is also worth a visit. There are other locations further afield that are worth a visit like the beautiful Saint Guillem le Desert just over one hour. It is a quaint medieval village which seems untouched by time. The Ville Rose, Toulouse is an unforgettable city which offers a range of attractions and is a two and a half drive, the city of Gerona is a similar drive.

This is wine country and there are unlimited opportunities to visit a vineyard large or small.

Villa 3 Village Occitan

Very clean, well equipped with new appliances. Well located, near beach and commence. Restaurants within walking distance. Chris the owner was very good to keep in touch and is a conscientious owner. Can recommend this house, and the location is interesting. A 20 minute bus ride will bring you to the railway station in Agde, where there are good train connections to other towns.

Unser Aufenthalt in Cap de' Agde und in diesem Ferienhaus war super. Wir haben jeden Tag, bei herrlichem Wetter und in Strandnähe sehr genossen. Alles fussläufig erreichbar, tolle Gegend und nette Menschen. Es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. In diesem Ferienhaus wurde an alles gedacht. Einen besonderen Dank an Chris!! Immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Spitze!Auch der Kontakt mit dem Maklerbüro war sehr gut. Danke an Fr. Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus. Alles war top und wie beschrieben mit liebevollen Details, man fühlte sich direkt willkommen - Willkommenspaket mit Wasser, Wein, Sekt und Kaffee mit persönlicher kleiner Botschaft vom Gastgeber etc. ... Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur und Chris lief super. Kläre Empfehlung.

Fantastic stay

This property is fantastic. The owner has thought of everything . It is extremely comfortable. So close to a fabulous beach , delicious restaurants and bars and with easy walking of the larger and more vibrant port area. There are local shops , ATM ,bakers, grocer 5 mins away. The 2 outside spaces get the sun all day long. Theres comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ. As I said ,the owner has thought of it all. Cannot recommend this property enough.

un séjour très agréable

Cette villa est très pratique et bien équipée, le propriétaire l'a décorée avec goût et elle a de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour cosy. Même avec la température d'un début novembre, nous nous sommes sentis très bien et avec beaucoup de place pour tous les 4, à proximité de la mer et de nos activités.

Lovely late summer in Agde

We stayed at the property for a week recently. The whole check-in process was easy, the property was clean and spacious. The welcome pack, including some lovely wine, was a great touch. It's a very short walk from a lovely beach and a short bike ride, or a walk along the coast, to several really good restaurants and other amenities. We worked part of the week, and the wifi is great and works well throughout the property in the garden. Great place to spend a week.

es war alles nötige vorhanden. Zwei Sitzecken,von denen eine immer im Schatten war. Fernsehen nur in Landessprache,schade! Das Haus sollte nur an 4 Personen vermietet werden, den das untere Schlafzimmer (WC und Dusche in einem "Kleiderschrank"), ist eigentlich ein NoGo. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Très agréable séjour pour la semaine du 8 mai... La villa est très bien équipée, très agréable à vivre, et ses deux terrasses sont vraiment un vrai plus!!! Beaucoup de documentations à disposition, des recommandations de restaurants, des fiches récapitulatives pour se rendre à la pharmacie la plus proche par exemple et autres... bref, tout pour faciliter le séjour quand on ne connait pas les lieux! Tout peut se faire à pied : la plage par un sentier piéton, le port et ses commerces soit en passant par la plage ou en passant côté route (plus court), et avec des passerelles pour éviter de traverser les ronds points!!! Le village occitan est vraiment bien situé... ayant une petite fille de 3 ans et demi, nous avons tout fait à pied avec la poussette, jusqu'à l'aquarium, ce qui évite bien de tourner en voiture pour trouver une place!!! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité du village occitan, et le charme de ce regroupements de maisons, tout en sécurité pour les enfants vu que les voitures n'y circulent pas! ma fille s'amusait à faire de la trottinette dans toutes les petites ruelles, sans aucun danger! Cette maison est idéale avec un enfant, à tout point de vue.. Je recommande donc vivement cette maison, et nous gardons avec plaisir cette adresse. Petit plus non négligeable : le personnel de l'agence qui gère la location est vraiment très gentil et arrangeant, et le propriétaire idem, une personne très sympathique, serviable et agréable... alors n'hésitez plus :-)

We stayed in the Villa for 7 days around Easter but wished we could have stayed for much longer. We traveled with 3 children and felt the space was ample and cozy enough for meals, games, reading or watching some of the family DVDs which were available. Before we traveled Chris, the owner, was in constant communication by email informing us of how to get to the villa, the best places to eat and possible activities to do whilst we were there. He was very attentive and quick to respond to any emails which were few from our end. He also kept us informed about the weather conditions. Chris has written a detailed guide book with information about the local area - places of interest, local pharmacies, Doctor's surgery, supermarkets and even where to get reasonably priced fuel! We loved the space in the villa . It is fantastic with everything you would expect in a home including fresh towels and linen. Truly a home away from home!

Beautiful holiday home in excellent location.

This holiday property is as described and is a home from home. It is very well maintained and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The owners provided a very helpful binder with detailed information on the apartment and the local area. The location is ideal with the beach just a short walk away. There are some small shops and a bakery nearby and a 10 minute walk takes you in to the port where there numerous shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop across the road from the property where you can get a bus to Agde station so it is very convenient if you wish to visit some of the nearby towns and cities. We visited Montpellier and Beziers during our stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone & hope to return in the future.

Fantastic stay in an amazing property

You will not regret choosing this property! The owners are super helpful and gave excellent directions to the property and provided invaluable assistance in planning our holiday. Really well equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a great break, spotlessly clean, fabulous dining/seating areas out the front and back of the property. Everything in the property is in excellent condition including all the cooking equipment/utensils etc. Very comfortable beds and indoor couches in the living room. Within walking distance to the beautiful beach and the port. Plenty of restaurants in the port, different cuisines available. Local shops less than a 5 minute walk away including a SPAR and a lovely bakery. Montpellier is a beautiful city to visit. Stayed for a week, will definitely return!

Absolument ravis de nos vacances ...la location est fidèle à la description idéale avec un enfant en bas âge (18 mois) avec l'équipement bébé mis à disposition...plage ,commerces à proximité. ..tranquillité du village occitan...des vacances comme à la maison tout confort!!! Le grand "plus" ...l'extrême gentillesse du propriétaire toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et à son accueil au top !!!!
