Our new first floor apartment of 69sqm, located in Agios Nikolaos, offers a apanoramic view of the Mirabello bay and guarantees a comfortable stay.

The flat consists of 2 separate bedrooms, an open plan living/dining space, kitchen, 1 shower room, a balcony and a backyard. The master bedroom has 1 double bed and the second bedroom 2 singe beds. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as in the living room area.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of the building on a hill.The building is situated 350m from Ammoudi beach, 900m from lake 'Voulismeni', 600m from the central bus statiom and about 1100m from the city centre.On the ground floor there is a mini market cafe.On the mairoad just 10m away there is a bus stop for the local bus which runs every 30min.In the neighbourhood there are several local traditional cafes, tavernas, baker and a big super market.
