Inside, Mirthios Panorama Villa is modern, bright, and open with comfortable living areas and tastefully designed bedrooms for comfort with their own balconies. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to make a great dinner or a quick snack while enjoying the views from the windows. The open plan living area with cozy couches offers a beautiful setting to rest and unwind with your favorite reads, while the fireplace provides great heating if you’re visiting in the winter months.
Outside on the pool terrace, the Mirthios Panorama Villa boasts spacious grounds built on levels with a private infinity pool overlooking the vast Libyan Pelagos beyond. The roof relax lounge really shows off the panoramic views available from this great location with gorgeous Mediterranean views– the perfect spot for a sundowner while you soak in the sunset! Admire the panoramic views of the Libyan Sea and the wild rugged nature of the surrounding mountains from your balcony. This villa provides friendly service and its guest feel comfortable and more than welcome.

Mirthios Panorama Villa is 1.4 km away from Plakias and 1.5 km from the beach of Skinos and offers an exclusive holiday experience. Mirthios is a small village above the very pleasant tourist resort of Plakias in southern Crete. The location offers seclusion, but not more than a 5-minute walk away from four excellent restaurants with traditional food. It’s quiet but close to beach and authentic villages. This villa provides the perfect base for families and friends to explore the beautiful nature and magnificent beaches of Southern Crete. Plakias offers nice run on the beaches, while the surrounding area is ideal for cycling. Don’t miss to visit Preveli, for a unique beach and a wild canyon, where hundreds of palm trees line the shore of a tumultuous mountain brook. The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 83 km away. The property offers an airport shuttle service at an additional cost.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

Sustainability

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.


4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

7. The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

10. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11. For the winter there is an additional cost of 50 € per week for heating.

12. For the period 1/11-31/3 the pool remains closed.

13. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

14. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
