Big rooms with air conditioning, good parking, sea views from terrace. But food in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was bad. Small selection and bad quality.

Great staff, good family atmosphere

I visited this place with my kids, 8 and 13, for three days. The buildings and grounds are rough and not well maintained, and the breakfast was chaotic, but the room was comfortable and the pool area is nice. It is a great atmosphere for families. The staff were truly excellent. Special note about Eleonora who checked us in and solved an ant problem in our room immediately, and Giorgia who personally insisted on nursing my son's injury. The DJ and pool-area staff were equally pleasant, good humored and kind.

This hotel has a lot of potential, with vast green space and huge area for outdoor activities. Sadly, it is so neglected in terms of maintenance that I would not recommend it at all, especially for long term stays. We got a small house which was in desperate need of renovation, mold on the front windows and facade, poorly lit, they have not even changed the light bulbs which were not working on the stairs! The place was not clean and fresh when we arrived, there were spiders and webs everywhere and the pillows were not clean. The rooms are serviced daily but the cleaning staff was not doing anything but just doing the bed and wiping the floors. The lady at reception was nice and willing to help but the manager was very rude and harsh. Finally, breakfast was huge disappointment, there was not any variety, no vegetables, basically only eggs, bread and yogurt.

Si mangia molto bene il, personale è abbastanza efficiente, ma il degrado di questa struttura è molto evidente, porte mangiate dai topi, sala pasto molto sporca, climatizzatori molto sporchi e intasati se piove entra l'acqua dalle finestre.. Fatal. Lejos de todo, sin acceso a la playa, la piscina sucia no te dejan usar las instalaciones porque”no está incluido” y te quieren cobrar por prender las luces en las mismas. El personal no te ayuda y siempre tiene. un no como respuesta. Eñ desayuno fatal con sólo bollería y el poco queso y jampn siempre con moscas y al sol!!! fatalllll

Premetto che sono Sardo, ma in questo villaggio di Sardegna c’è solo il posto il personale con cui t relazioni è puramente Napoletano sembra di essere in tirrenia niente contro di loro ma siamo in Sardegna noi siamo in egual modo all altezza se non di più. Location un po’ vecchia come le stanze, l’animazione si impegna ma non copre tutte le carenze della struttura , il bar sopra la piscina rigorosamente al nero a qualsiasi cosa t serva, mentre la colazione è veramente scarsa cibo non all altezza e poca scelta, nel complesso molto mediocre

Ok overall - a bit overpriced room

Good points - nice guests around, lots kids activities, good choice for breakfast. Bad - AC in room very dated, was hard to switch on, room needs some upgrading, could hear neighbours. Internet very bad connection in room, rural location nothing around area if you like to go out for dinner. End of august overpriced room rate we paid 114 euro, which should not be more than 70-80 euro for 3 star hotel.

Bien situé pour visiter nord est Sardaigne

Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre pour 4 personnes confortable et suffisamment spacieuse. Literie confortable et menage fait tous les jours. Climatisation qyi fonctionne mais tres bruyante et tele qui ne fonctionnait pas czla ne kous a pas derange car nous etions rarement dans la chambre et ne rentrions que pour dormir. Nous avons pu garer la voiture facilement dans le parking du Club. Equipe d'animagion tres sympa avec programme complet entre jeux sport et animation musicale. Grande piscine ou on ne peut se baigner qu'avec un bonnet de bain. Nous avons apprécié le lieu qui permet de visiter les alentours jusque Olbia. Pas beaucoup de solutions de restaurants a cote mais des supermarches et restaurants à 20 km de la. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le petit déjeuner ..l'organisation covid rend l'attente troo longue - le café etait infect et imbuvable tout comme les capuccino..une honte en Italie.. il faut absolument investir sur du café de bonne qualité !! Produits de piètre qualité et petit dejeuner tres decevant.

Fair quality fir price

For the price it was very fair! It’s a very basic - family - sport - resort. Friendly staff and clean. We only spent one night as we are exploring the island, so I can’t speak more for the overall feel and quality. I noticed the free beach shuttle and free parking. We only had breakfast and it also was very basic. Typical Italian breakfast, which isn’t their main meal!

Bedrövlig personal i matsal chefer ska sparkas

Kan bara sägas i ett ord katastrof svårt med parkeringar.Långt o dra väskor inget hotell kändes som massa privat lägenheter utspridda för uthyrning.Priset nersatt från 2800 till 1200 inklusive frukost o middag. Helgrillade grisar såg trevligt ut men servering och skick på den var värdelöst ingenting fanns kvar när vi kom dit 1,5 tim innan stängning.samt grisigaste uppläggning jag sett ingenting fylldes på såg ut som en tornado hade gått över bufféerna. Varmt som i en bastu personalen bråkade med varandra skrek så flera barnfamiljer reste sig och gick.Frukosten var lika dålig tyvärr magsjuk av en fralla två svettiga ostskivor kaffe.UNDVIK detta ställe katastrof o inte värt pengarna. Öl fick man köpa i en bar och bättre vin väldigt duktig o trevlig kille som skötte det måste jag erkänna. Samt även tjejen i receptionen var proffsig.

Ho soggiornato 2 giorni per puro caso presso questa struttura con formula mezza pensione. L’esperienza è stata brutta già all’arrivo in reception dove non figurava la mia prenotazione e chiedevano di pagare nuovamente l’importo, già pagato, della prenotazione. Poi tutto un susseguirsi di disservizi, frigobar in camera e telefono non funzionanti, frequenti blackout di corrente elettrica protrattisi per più di mezz’ora, ristorante con buffet caotico, pochi camerieri, servizio scadente, a colazione disponibili solo bicchieri di plastica, pietanze quasi tutte di bassa qualità. Inoltre una parte dell’area buffet era quasi impraticabile per via dei fumi di cottura che rendevano l’aria irrespirabile. Infine segnalo che il villaggio sorge su un’area quasi tutta non coperta da segnale telefonico. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura, il prezzo basso che potrebbe sembrare allettante nasconde parecchie sorprese.

Struttura molto gradevole immersa nel verde costituita da casette indipendenti e silenziose. Buffet buono e abbondante. Molto interessante la presenza di distributori di bevande alla spina che evita inutili sprechi di bottiglie sia in vetro che plastica. Il personale alla reception gentile e disponibile.
