Leaving the outdoor area, this splendid villa welcomes you into a spacious and bright living room, where panoramic windows frame a spectacular sea view, transforming it into a living picture.
The room, defined by light and natural tones, is furnished with minimalist and sophisticated taste, ensuring an immediate feeling of serene tranquility and attention to detail.

A discreet sliding door leads to the modern kitchen with peninsula, a jewel of functionality and design, complete with high-end appliances and fine finishes.

The villa is ideal for families or discerning groups and, in its main configuration, can accommodate up to 9 guests in four elegant bedrooms, all with sea views, arranged as follows:
A master bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with shower
Two further double bedrooms
One bedroom with three single beds

In total, the villa has 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

An external staircase leads to the basement, where there is a practical laundry area, a bathroom, and a single bedroom for staff.
