Understaffed and incompetent. It would take 20 mins to get a drink from the bar even though no one else was being served. Refused entry for buffet breakfast although there were 5 mins left until breakfast ends and still loads of food left. Such a waste. No notification that there would be no lunch menu over the Easter weekend until we arrived. Hardly any cutlery or glasses available at the restaurant and what was available was also dirty. Food was dry and not much choice. Dirty plates and cutlery in the apartment. Swimming pool tiles were coming away under our feet.

Upon check in the receptionist was in a rush to get me out of the way. No friendly greeting or explaining any facilities other than what we were not allowed to do and the list was plenty or risk extra charges. The hallway to rooms is dirty and not maintained. All room doors need painting. The room was ok. Tiny tv out of the way. Shower leaked everywhere in the bathroom. Reading past reviews none of the suggestions have been actioned at all. The guy putting up the flag in the morning let it drag all over the ground which is disrespectful especially when you have a veteran watching this unfold. Pool was dirty. Considering this was a major long weekend I would expect more for the price it cost to stay.

What a fantastic property , ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Poolside studio is great , everything provided , walk straight out to pools . Highly recommend this hotel and Agnes Water

The restaurant was atrocious not worthy of being called a restaurant, no table service and staff don't know what they are doing. We left and caught a taxi to the pub. The rooms were nice and big, our room overlooked the pool and was lovely.
