CASA-Grand Laus: Duplex familial, sauna et jacuzzi

Welcome to CASA-Grand Laus, a beautiful 166 m² duplex combining comfort, elegance, and authenticity, ideally located in the heart of the Queyras, in Aiguilles. Accommodating up to 10 guests, this spacious property is the perfect base for enjoying the mountains in every season with family or friends.

The ground floor features two beautiful bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (140 × 190 cm), creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will also find two modern bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy, as well as two separate toilets.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms have been carefully designed. Each bedroom is equipped with one bunk bed and one single bed (90 × 190 cm), providing an ideal space for children or groups. This level also includes an elegant bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

The living areas are equally inviting. Relax in the comfortable living room equipped with a flat-screen TV or enjoy the terrace offering magnificent mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts with its cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available to keep you connected throughout your stay.

An ideal location all year round, CASA-Grand Laus enjoys a prime location with quick access to ski slopes, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes. The Abriès ski area is located just 6 km away, approximately a 7-minute drive. During the winter season, a free shuttle also connects Aiguilles to Abriès according to the schedule. A beginner-friendly ski slope is also accessible just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

In summer, cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the secure bicycle storage area equipped with bike racks, allowing them to safely store their bikes after their rides.

For even greater convenience, an electric vehicle charging station is available on site.

Sauna and hot tub: For winter stays, the property offers a private sauna and a private hot tub (available from November 1 to April 1 only). During the rest of the year, this service is also available upon request only and for an additional charge of one hundred euros per stay.

You will also benefit from private on-site parking.

One pet is accepted upon request for an additional fee of fifty euros, so you can travel with your companion.

Linen rental: Bed linen and towels are available for rent. Please let us know the quantities you require at least one week before your arrival so that everything is ready upon your arrival.

Double bed linen kit: eighteen euros (1 double fitted sheet, 1 double duvet cover, and 2 pillowcases)
Single bed linen kit: fifteen euros (1 single fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, and 1 pillowcase)
Towel kit: nine euros (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel)

One pet is allowed upon request with a supplement of fifty euros

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.

No smoking on the property

You will need to inform our reception manager of your expected arrival time one week in advance. She will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay
