This well-maintained home offers a comfortable and peaceful stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Well-behaved dog are welcome with no additional fee.

It is conveniently located near downtown Aiken and local golf and equestrian activities, and is approximately 23 miles from Augusta, with access to arts and culture, museums, festivals, outdoor recreation, shopping, and dining.

The home includes one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV, and high-speed (1 gig) Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
**Guests who check out on Sunday must roll trash bin to the curb. Guests who check out any other day must check if the bin is at the curb and empty, and if so, roll it back to its storage location.
**Appreciated • Load dirty dishes/start dishwasher • Start a load of used bath linens Any wet items that do not fit, please drape over laundry basket to dry
**Set the thermostat to 78° for warm months or 68° for cool months **Any furniture, décor, or kitchen items moved by guests should be returned to their original place

Parking limited to driveway. Recommended 1, max 2 vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in cancelation w/out refund.
Sunday guests must roll trash bin to curb. Guests on other days must check if bin is at curb and emptied and if empty, roll back to storage location.
Pet waste must be bagged/disposed of in outdoor trash bin. Dogs must be kept on leash when outside the home, except when in the fenced backyard.
